That was intense. This vid also goes to show that looks ain't everything. Obi may look like hercules but barely survived this explosive nfl workout which targets the body in a different way by emphasizing explosive strength, reactive quickness, agility, coordination, and power which entirely recruits type 2 fast-twitch fibers in the body. Athlete build is really something else and true beast power comes from within all athletes such as football and basketball players. The coach was amazing and Obi did his utmost best to do everything he could. Great work!!

The coach is really good at making this understandable for the average person like me haha. I can tell that Obi is definitely not very adept at a lot of these things but he is such a beast

Love to see it, can tell you get to a certain point in life and thought that looking a certain way would make you happy but it doesn’t. Now he’s looking outside of his comfort zone and hitting his weaknesses. Love to see it champ 💪🏻

Listen I did this workout yesterday and didnt stretch afterwards like I know I should. Now my glutes are soooo tight I have alot of pain in my lower back is rediculous. Doing periodic stretches atm which is slowly helping. Be sure to stretch thoroughly afterwards guys lol

i dont understand why the coach didnt tell him to hinge at the hips. it's pretty hard to jump when your hips are already extended.
