Extremely soft cinnamon rolls. This dough is delicious and produces a very light and fluffy cinnamon rolls. See other frosting ideas below..
--------- Ingredients ---------

- 500g of all-purpose flour
- 200ml of warm milk
- 80g sugar
- 80g unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 2 whole eggs
- 6g of salt
- 5g of dry yeast (or 15g of fresh yeast)
=== Filling ===
- 90g brown sugar (or granulated)
- 60g butter (room temperature)
- 12g of cinnamon (1 and 1/2 tablespoon)
=== Frosting ===
- 200g of cream cheese
- 200g of confectioner sugar
- 25g of butter (room temperature)
- Milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1. Mixture of sugar and cinnamon
2. Sugar glaze (mixture of sugar and milk)
3. Butter cream (mixture of sugar and butter)
4. Pastry cream (milk, egg yolk, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract)

Important notes:
1. You can even exchange butter for margarine, but you will lose much of the original flavor of cinnamon rolls.
2. The brown sugar in the filling can be replaced with regular granulated sugar.
3. The original American recipe is made with baker's yeast. It does not use sourdough starter.
4. The cream cheese frosting adds another layer of flavor to the cinnamon rolls.
