It certainly can be confusing. The basic equation I use is to shorten the area you are targeting, add tension to the tissue by contracting a muscle, and move in the opposite direction. Play around with the videos and after hearing the cues for a while it will start to make more sense, but it does take time

@@DailyFascia or, and hear me out, you could explain it in your videos if you're going to choose to use language that makes struggling people feel stupid. There's a saying that if you can't explain something simply, you don't know the subject at all.
