Nice build man👍 try to get a better harmonic balancer for your 2j. The one you have does not protect your engine from harmful vibrations that can lead to bearing problems. If I was you I stay with the oem one till you get a better one. Looks great can wait to see in in the Mercedes. Cheers.

Hey sweet build man, I have quick question, I'm almost done with my 2jz GE-T mk3 Supra swap but the previous person helping me with the swap had it wired to my 7mgte harness but I want to go standalone now, how would I convert the harness to work with an infinity? Or do I need to get a new custom harness? I'm trying not to spend 1k on a harness lol

Hey man. I noticed the block still has all this left over gasket on there. Did you sand down the block as well? Same method as the head? Did you used a straight edge and check your clearance?

Are you going to run that crank pulley instead of running a balancer? I would suggest running the balancer instead of that style Crank pulley. The balancer will take a lot of the harmonics out of the engine on like that pulley.

There also difference in oil pumps....get a gte one and do mild porting on it where makes hard turns.... trust me I know these motors......they all i drive
