Over the last year ive been testing out different meditations:
Changing durations ⌛️
Changing locations 🗺️
Changing times of day 🌄
All to see what i prefer & which gives me the most peace & tranquility.
Recently I’ve realised it’s not about how long you can go, its about HOW DEEP you can go.
Thus prioritising quality over quantity ❤️🔥🙌🏽
Here’s my simple breathwork for your next session to try:
Breath in through your nose & out through your mouth
When you inhale, feel your stomach expand
When you exhale feel your stomach contract
I often do this in the sunshine in a calm & peaceful location - and it feels AMAZING! 🙌🏽
