We are ALL about the BUILD!!! 💪 This is a 40 minute heavy lift day, hypertrophy session for muscular strength and definition! Our structure today includes 3 full body circuits with 4 exercises in each circuit repeating 3 times through in a vertical loading format. The exercises will include isolation and compound moves as well as core training throughout- without a single situp!
I am so excited that we get to train together today! There is just something so awesome about getting strong!
40 MINUTE FULL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 50lbs / 4.5-22.6kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy! Pick a weight that will challenge you for the entire 45 seconds of work, but is very challenging for the last 10-15 seconds.
- EXERCISE MAT

3 TIMES THROUGH EACH EXERCISE
VERTICAL LOAD FORMAT
WORK: 45 SECONDS REST: 20 SECONDS
REST BETWEEN ROUNDS: 30 SECONDS

Yessss! I love ALL strength workouts, if I could just skip cardio forever I'd be happy, although I have to admit, the bike rides can be fun. I've got to get new weights, I'm beyond 15's in so many exercises.

This is my favorite strength training format, focusing on one exercise at a time and doing multiple sets. This workout was perfect for me today.

KaLEIGH I love no repeat, but I doing anything you say. I went to the grocery store and parked a bit far, only one item I was going for, I ended up buying a lot of items and the bags were heavy. I walked to that vehicle with my heavy bags thanking Kaleigh for her amazing workouts we have been doing. Though those bags were heavy I made it comfortable. Thank you. Hello to all Kaleigh family and fans. Kaleigh you are amazing today was though and I did it. Yeahhhhh

This one kicked my butt😂 had a little trouble with the bridges and my lower back hurting so I am probably doing it wrong I skipped the last set but wow it was a workout. It flew by🎉

OMG, Kaleigh- this is the first workout I’ve made it through in a very long time, where I was shocked when it was over. This was so great and I feel like the way it was arranged made it easy to keep focused and not get sidetracked on what was coming next or how much more was left.🌻☀️

Bought some new dumbbells today (and found a second 40lb in my MILs basement for a full set!) and it felt SOOOO good to push my muscles again! Not sure I would have noticed as quickly if not for you pointing out signs of plateau, so Thank you!💪🦵🪧

I've just finished this workout. And I'm so proud that I did it all the way through with 5kg weights apart from the once at the start where I used 4kg. Over and above of being proud of myself, I want to thank you for the motivation for reminding us of the correct form and the hints and tips. I've watched many workout weights tutorials and never liked them until I saw you 💯. Much love from Scotland 💗

I loved this workout. After a year of consistently doing strength workouts with you my knees are much more stable and I’m pain fee. I even managed to do all 3 sets of lunges with weights for the first time in years!🎉🎉🎉🎉

Week 1 - August Intermission - Day 4 - Done. Squats much lower, YES! Arnold press feeling much stronger! Maxed out on chest press with available dumbbells. Super excited about the progress! 08/03/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this August Calendar Month, took me yesterday to finally purchase the calendar as I am still working on the kinks regarding my account! But I've been doing them regardless, and yesterday's ride was outside! This was a tough 40-minute workout but so rewarding, knowing that SSS builds us to be who we are and what we are doing this month! So thank you Kaleigh for an awesome kick-butt workout!

Kaleigh! You’re my own personal KZfaq trainer now it’s the best. What could I substitute for Romanian deadlift?? They never seem effective for me and I don’t like how they make my back feel even though I work hard to have the right form

Not sure why I was in tears 😅 but I'm guessing it's because I upped my weight for each exercise even if it was only for a few reps!! So proud of myself ❤️💪♥️♥️
