Hi Dalati, I'm using the bands, but I'm getting pain in my arms after usage. Was I suppose to do them in sets or just a rep of 10 to 12 for each body part? Thanks

If you wanna go to separate areas quickly: Chest: 0:30 Biceps: 2:03 Triceps: 2:36 Shoulders: 3:22 Back: 4:17 Legs 5:28 I just made this so I could get around the video quicker in case I forget an exercise.

This is the perfect practical one I have seen because he's in just 1 simple room and simple not catchy music on background...unlike most of the ones I've watched were in the fitness gym or outside the park or an open space warehouse, its like a show that only first class can afford. But this one is really average 👍👌 very good instructions.

Thank you so much for making this video! I run 5+ kilometers per day, but I know virtually nothing about resistance training. The Bow Flex adjustable dumbbells that I wanted a few years ago have gone from $200 to $500 so your video really helped me out! I hope you post more content about resistance bands. lol I got some cheap bands unfortunately before coming to this video. I have a very fast metabolism, will these bands seriously build muscle? I've done my research already, but I just need some confirmation or reassurance man lol.

Andbi gains back alot of muscle i lost there good for the upperbody buy not for the power body in nu opinion but for 10dollars there deffenatly worth it there really good for arms back and chest in my opinion

Thank you very much for your awesome video. I have many training equipment for many years and I got my resistance bands two years ago and I watch so many videos from experts and famous physical therapists but never benefitted as much. Following your lead made a difference to me in only two days. I am 57 years old and struggling to train due to back pain and broken elbow. Pain disappeared the first day. For beginners if you bought the same res band like in the video, i suggest use red,green,yellow first until you got muscle than add blue and black cuz its way too hard if use all 5 color for starter

I literally bought my Pro Fit Resistance bands and all the accessories, I didn’t recently know I had a door anchor until I looked for it after watching yo ur video + out of all the training videos I’ve come across this was literally the best one!! Perfect! Video gets right down to the exercises, short, concise, and a perfect amount of info. Also if you're curious about the steps of a certain set; turn on cc, make note of the name, and then search for that move. I do the exact order Dalati explains and it works wonderfully, thanks for the great video. PS- I also have a desk near the door, saw you had no problems with the bands on a angle when you did rows, now I don't have to move the desk every time!

Great video. im very critical of a lot of work out videos they tend to talk and talk and talk about pointless shit and take forever to get into the bits you want to see . This was straight to the point and simple to understand

I’m trying an individual experiment with these bands. My experiment consists of seeing how comparable I can define muscle or gain a little muscle mass solely with These bands. My personality has always been to prove people that you can step outside of conventional and achieve goals. I get made fun of (coworkers) for not being a huge guy nor a gym rat for 2 hours everyday of my life like them. I personally have seen 90% of them look exactly physically the same for going on 3 years now. I intend to be humble, and do effective band workouts quietly to myself just to prove naysayers that gyms are not mandatory to be physically fit.

tips: -watch his elbows how its away from his body -watch his arms and pay attention to if he bends them -look how hard he does his back when doing the exercises

Good video but you're pulling the door away from the frame when you perform the exercises. You should be performing the movements so when the band is stretched it is trying to pull the door closed not open. We've been using bands for a while and have been hit with the bands from door anchor failures so we quit using them. Anyways, keep up the good work.

It's for this reason I workout using a door that has a bolt lock. I lock the door so it's impossible for the door to accidentally opens during the exercise.

Already there. I bought two sets so I can superset between two different muscle groups. It's not the same as machines/free weights. I really miss the gym. But resistance bands provide a good workout. This guy seems to know what he's doing.

Yes I would recommend you split it into a push day, a pull day and a leg day

Get a good quality pair and you'll be ok. I've been using bands for awhile alongside my gym routine. And I give them a good trashing. I use "zacro" resistance bands. Solid strong resistance bands.
