It's a good change, but you've thermal insulated the batteries. Even if it's not a problem in winter, your batteries may get hot in summer.

It's important to use spacers to keep the cells untouched in case something goes wrong Do not use them without spacers Friction can cause short-circuit wich can cause fire/explosion

Conversión bien realizada, en general. Sería recomendable cambiar el freno trasero de tambor a disco y evitar hacer soldaduras sobre el chasis para preservar la integridad estructural. También se podría convertir al tanque antiguo en espacio para llevar paquetes. Espero poder ver este tipo de conversiones en Colombia.

Ładnie to wygląda tak na luzie bez obciążenia. Nawet silnik pralki ruszy to koło o mocy 200W i napięciu akumulatora 12V. Tak sprawdzałem testowałem. Na pojeździe esiok.... Który waży tyle co Passat... I co? Rusza mi ale pomalutku do przodu jedzie... Siłę pojazd ma siłę nie zatrzymasz silnik pojazdem. Ale ręką wirnik silnika zatrzymasz... Więc przekładnia mam sporą. Dyfer Polonez 1:4 plus reduktor 1:20 plus silnik z osprzętem do reduktora nie pamiętam ile ma ale dajmy 1:10 to suma wszystkich przekładni jest 1:800....? To jest siła to się liczy moment obrotowy w Nm. Później prędkość pojazdu szukamy. Na razie jest bezpośredni kontakt silnik dyfer przez przekładnia reduktor. Brak skrzynia biegów... W rowerze skuterze i hulajnoga czy auto tesla wszędzie potrzebne są skrzynie biegów i reduktor na tereny górskie... Więc nie wierzę w takie rzeczy jak bezpośrednio z silnika... Silnika każdego można ręką zatrzymać ale przez reduktory już nie. Stąd wiem i znam. Nie jest ważne prędkość ale prąd z akumulatora brać to jest ważne. Jak najmniej amperów brać. U mnie maksymalnie bierze 8A. Nie to to tesla 430A.!.!!! A ten i inne silniki co tutaj widać to 25A w górę. Nigdy w dół! Znam te silniki.

It's better to use cell holders, they have gaps. Hot air vents out between those gaps.

good handwork. but two problem may rise. 1) Your battery storage has no heat dissipation system. Battery may explode 2) reverse power in your motor. it become generator when you ride downhill

And where is chain tension? Because motor is stationary and wheel has suspention and when wheel goes up chain is getting loose and it will be a little bit dangerous even in slow speeds like that.
