Right. I bet the coaches would tell her too if they witnessed it or If they had to take an unregistered child off the floor. If that’s the case I wish she said she would’ve known based on the coaches relaying the information to her so that she could kill their argument that she doesn’t know what’s going on/had to have seen it with her own eyes.

@Scarlett Rae Well, she couldn't tell the owner that she broke her leg there because then the owner would have called BULLSHIT! She told the child's Mother and others it happened in gymnastics hoping no one would question it (and she was right)! She was setting it up so that she could "explain" the broken leg to DFCS...if they ever decided to give a freaking crap about those kids! I was a KINSHIP FOSTER TWICE in GA (the DFCS team were TOP NOTCH in my Grandsons cases)! I know how they are supposed to operate! This group dropped the ball on so many levels! This demon had already gotten away with al the previous abuse, so she figured when she murdered the child no one would even bother to ask questions!!

Wouldn't there have been an insurance claim if Laila was injured at the gym?
@alexandraw8874 жыл бұрын
This would've then been reported to the hospital since they always want to know how an injury occured. They would have done all the tests that were necessary to treat the child. This report is then forwarded the child's Pediatrician. The facility would have been aware of any injuries that occurred at their facility (especially a broken leg... these are very painful).

How could a toddler break a leg, in a split second by wandering onto the gym floor, with her parent, coaches and other adults knowing she wasn't allowed and, not make a sound and walk out like nothing happened. I'm sure a broken leg leaves a child crying on the floor, screaming in agony! An ambulance or doctor called and management immediately informed. Didn't sign the waver so the manager would want to make damn sure the parent was at fault and not her business.

That foster mom was cold and calculating and she deserves everything she is gonna get in prison. That being said I have a nephew that at age 4 woke screaming from a nightmare his step dad went to scoop him up and heard a snap. All the screaming stopped and he looked at his step dad in the eyes and said you broke my leg. Turns out in the night he had wedged his leg in between the wall and bed which may have caused his nightmare anyway when dad scooped him up he did break his leg. By the time they got to the hospital my nephew was still calm and his step dad was the one crying. So I guess crying isnt always an indicator of an injury in a young child weird but true. Sorry to anyone that reads this that is going to become even more paranoid when their child falls down or something. Step dad is still traumatized after 20+ years but my nephew is just fine.

Admittedly i haven't read all the details about this case but when my daughter broke her arm when she was two, i was interrogated by the doctors and practically accused of child cruelty. I was so shocked! My daughter had been driving one of those little trucks along the upstairs landing and there is a step down which leads to the stairs. She had driven down the step and fell off the little car thing and straight away i knew something was wrong because she was crying and she never cried. We tool her to the hospital immediately and they sent us home saying it was unlikely she had broken her arm because kids bones are soft. She had calmed down and seemed ok and it wasn't until 2 days later when she fell and was hysterically screaming that i rushed back to hospital and refused to leave until they had done an xray. Sure enough she had broken her arm in 2 places. I felt utterly sick she was in pain although she was laughing and playing (even with the broken arm) after we got to hospital. Anyway, things can happen and i try not to assume the worst about someone.

We can't look at someone like JR and apply our thinking/perspective. She's not someone who operates from a healthy mindset, she is a messed-up person who probably hurts others in a horrible attempt to cope with the hurt she was given as a child. To understand her mindset one would have to be in the mindset of an abuser: nothing matters except them and their pain. They are vindictive, cowardly, selfish and incapable of empathy. You imagine feeling the feelings you describe because you have a conscience and are capable of empathy. And that's a good thing. But it means you, like most of us, will never truly understand why she did what she did... Not that there's any excuse for her actions. People who harm children are a special kind of evil.
@janetcampbell92862 жыл бұрын
@@christa7773, It's not an excuse but the reason why Jennifer did what she did. You explained it completely. Jennifer is an abuser who has an anti-social personality. She can not empathize with anyone else's pain. She gets a sick pleasure from inflicting pain on a weaker person who is a child, vulnerable & unable to tell another adult to hold the abuser accountable. Hell is going to be full of adults & teens who do this to children.

She wasn't enrolled in classes. Knew it. So she lied to Laila mother and the drs when she broke her leg...o grunted Laila leg was broken by abuse. This is getting ridiculous. Doctors shld ask for proof that an injury was caused a certain way. Or they shld have to call law enforcement right away for ANY injury in a child in order to rule out abuse. So officers cld ask for proof that the child was in gymnastics or got hurt the way the adult claimed and if they cldnt prove it then routine welfare checks at the home shld b mandatory to ensure a child's safety.

I HATE defense attorneys, and No I will never need one because I stay home and follow all laws

Because you are innocent you will definitely want one if accused. Do you favor a regime, such as North Korea, where military police decide you are guilty and carry out your execution without a trial?
