@Queen Grady Isn't it fun to watch?? Hate to say comical, but it is! Do u know if she's court appointed or high paid atty? I would assume they hired a bulldog defense atty, they have "family money", so I've heard. Ev1 always says no rich ppl go to prison, or get harsh sentences, even baby killers. I think deliberations will start Monday! Also, anyone know if they're sequestered? I'm sry, but there's NO WAY 100% of jurors follow the rules, and her trial is plastered all over the world! ! We're about to see if rich ppl can get away with murder. I hope they look at those aeful, autopsy pics, and realize there's NO WAY that's bad heimlich and CPR even on a tiny 2 yr old. Still avoiding all the old bruises, broken bones in different stages of healing. I don't know why that husband is even sitting there. I think he's a fool, but a victim too. He worked 2 to 3 jobs to support those foster babies. He was not hurting them. He was probably just too busy to notice, never gave them baths cuz he was working. Or he's just too stupid and was manipulated by her like everyone else but I think they should acquit him and put her under the jail that's just my opinion, hope y'all are with me, take care everyone! Much love from North Carolina, Daria B

This is a pretty "simple" case. Why did it take FOUR YEARS to come to trial?? Because the defendant is "somebody ", and played the system?? 4 yrs hurts cuz ppls memory isn't great. There's a ton of witnesses up there saying, um, I don't know, don't remember, um, don't recall. THESE DELAYS BETTER NOT TURN INTO AN ACQUITTAL. Why do they think husband didn't hurt her? Where's the proof only "mom" beat girl and "dad" did nothing!??? If they both deny abuse at all, and it's obviously abuse leading to murder, why is she to blame, and he's co-defendant with lesser charges!?? Both guilty!! Once I heard medical history from time ONLY WHEN IN ROSENBAUM'S HOME, I was convinced this obviously was not choking, she was beaten for the entire time. I'm so saddened mostly because the few foster moms and friends that took care of them before these 2, should have kept them forever...they would have been 10 and 6 happy yr old Lil girls now. Sad so sad.

@@tats5880 I think of Caylee often. I've watched trials since the 70's, thru court tv, Nancy grace, to live stream everything today. I asked myself, " why are all these children being killed so often lately and 5 kids, 4 , 2 , 1. ?" Doesn't matter how many, CPS has been defective for years. Their policy is do everything it takes to keep kids with families overrides those kid's safety. I also think it's NOT more often, it happens everyday. Most don't go to trial, or not national news, etc. My son is literally everything to me. I can't even imagine hurting him, let alone torture, starving, burning him, tying him to bed, no school, no friends, etc let alone killing him. Something is inherently wrong with these family trees. Not to mention the innocent ones that got life or death with zero real evidence, and jury convicts THEM THO !?? Wow this defense atry is pissed off and treating this witness like crap. She’s just telling the truth the way it happened. I can’t believe the way she reacted to this witness.

God bless this nurse. That defense attorney is an attorney for the Devil.

She was an excellent witness. It just pisses me off that we (society) have to go to such measurements to get justice for those innocent ones who couldn't defend themselves. Back in the old days....

She was mandated reporter , she saw inconsistency she should have called police and child protective services..

This witness is great. She has backbone, common sense and enough empirical knowledge to hold her own and give back till she’s right at the edge. Good for her. We all should have a neighbor like that. I’m just so pleased at how increasingly horrible the defense is.

Love & respect this bold caring superb nurse! Need more like her! Loved how she spoke to these evil people!

The defense takes like 10 seconds every three words to gather her thoughts. Plenty of time for nurse lady to wipe the floor with her.

That nurse should have called the hot line. Calling a hospital does not count as mandated reporting

Wouldn’t you have loved to have had this woman as your mother? She’s so caring, so mature, protective of not only other children, but of her own, e,g., not wanting Jennifer Rosenbaum to ever be around her own college-aged daughter (with a disability) alone.

It becomes a fulltime job monitoring and reporting these abusers. But people must not give up, keep monitoring and reporting if you genuinely suspect abuse.

The defense lawyer sealed the truth when she called her own client a LIAR AND CHILD ABUSER ...The former nurse is a major part of getting justice for Sweet Beautiful Baby Laila and Sweet beautiful baby Millie... One thing about the truth is will always come out...

Very entertaining, this calm competent nurse and the bumbling nincompoop defence attorney, who is basically admitting her client is a liar and abuser!

The defense is trying so hard to discredit the nurse, but all she is doing is making her client look bad.

Interestingly the nurse constantly refers to Laila as a child and the defense attorney calls her a "kid". A kid is a goat's offspring. So cold like her clients.

The lady with the mouthpiece I assume is repeating what the witnesses and the lawyer and judge is saying. Things sure have changed from when they had a court stenographer doing this.
