Lol this society is backwards and pathetic anyway, just like most of the world. Long hair might be aesthetically pleasing but at the end of the day, can a female bring ACTUAL skills and worth to the table?? Think about it. You know your planet's societies and cultures are moderately primitive and unevolved when the extent of what women are prized for is largely "beauty," long hair, physical assets (i.e., butt, breasts, body, at the end of the day), and small trinkets moreso than technological achievement and galaxy spanning accomplishments.

1-Trim hair once a year (not every month) 2-Avoid heat (eg. flat iron once a year) 3-Lay off the hair coloring (eg. can use henna for natural hair, avoid for chemically treated hair) 4-Can use hair relaxer but take care of your hair, keep it moisturized and healthy 5-Use good hair oils (eg. olive oil, etc), you do not need to spend a fortune on it 6-Get a good hair conditioner (can leave only for 10-15 mins, does not have to be the whole day ), can make your own conditioner at home with natural products (eg. yogurt, honey, grapes, avocado's etc) 7-After deep conditioner use leave-in moisturizer, then use hair oil on top of that 8-Manipulate as little as possible (avoid tiny braids, frequent styling , etc), use head wraps and wigs instead if needed (keep your hair locked away) 9-Keep it simple, stick to one routine 10-Be patient 11-Eat a healthy diet

With the trims I agree. If your ends aren't damaged, then they don't need to be cut. Cutting your ends help with length retention if your ends are damaged. Damaged ends break off, and if your keeps breaking then you will not see growth. So in that case trimming the hair off will stop if from.breaking. If your hair grows an inch then you cut an inch. You're not going to see growth. And if your ends are constantly damaged, instead of trimming, find out why your hair is damaged in the first place. Healthy hair needs less trims.

You just retained all your hair and thats key. Hair grows, we just manipulate it or improperly care for it which causes us to lose it. There is no real way to speed up how fast your hair grows. Its always growing, just make sure youre keeping all the length.

These are some of the tips I live by. I have a few things that gave me extra growth but I'm now at Tailbone Length and so are my children (or longer). This is a great video!

This is great...I will follow the cutting my hair once a year to see where my growth lands. If need be no more than 2 trims yearly. Thanks!

Totally, and after an extended period of growth you can decide to cut it when you’re ready.

Great video! I love your hair. I'm in faux locs now, extensions but in March when they come out I'm def doing a length check. Trimming my hair less frequently really made the difference. I agree with you on that! You're very beautiful!

Last month was my first time trimming my hair in two years because I mostly wear my hair natural. My hair is the same length as hers and it looks healthy after trimming.

Thank you, Ms Ziya 💐 I’ve learned to ‘dust’ my thin, fragile hair. ‘Dusting’ removes fairy knots, split ends & damaged strands, but NOT length.

Your hair is so pretty it looks like a wig! Is so thick. I love it. I trim only once 3 to 6 months. I use henna for my color for sure. It makes my hair shine.great tips

Thank you so much 💖🌼 Henna is great. some people say it moisturizes their hair and others say it dries their hair out, Personally I like it.

Beautiful young lady. Females used to ask me what type of weave is that - my response was it’s mine sis but what worked for me was braids.. cornrows and leave it alone for months. Wash and redo all year got it mid way my back. These are my hair goals!
