Jedd, Love this circuit! My friend, John Saylor made the towel pull-ups mandatory for the Olympic Judo Team. I've done a similar workout, except for the rest phase, I've used a block weight walk. I'll have to get my thick handled dumbbells loaded and try this one. I so appreciate your insights, they're great! No wonder you're grip is world class!

This looks more like it. I'm struggling at the moment for my grip on the deadlift, the weight just slips out of my hands. I will incorporate these exercises in my routine. Thanks!
