Congratulations on the program and thank you for this resource here on KZfaq! I do not live with chronic pain and symptoms, however I am working to heal chronic dysregulation from complex PTSD and I find your channel to be super helpful! Thank you both 💛🙏

I really appreciate the work you put into your videos and congrats on your upcoming program. Im kind of new to this but feel as though brain body connection may be my only hope at this point. I really liked the included exercise (although the voice did seem a bit robotic) and was very kind of you to include that free of charge. Looking forward to learning more about this and how to apply it for much needed healing. God bless.

Wow that was intense. First part had my heart beating fast, the second part I broke down and cried. I have so many bad memories from a deeply unhappy marriage it was easy to choose, and the emotion it brought out in me was very strong. The last part calmed me and I actually was able to smile, although I am crying as I write this. Thank you for helping me so much - your course is of great interest to me. Thank you to both of you.

We are glad this was helpful. With this practice we want to ensure safety at first and make sure it's mild activation of the states.

@@painpsychotherapy The practice was incredibly helpful, it allowed me to release pent up emotions. The second time I did it, my reaction was the total opposite, I was in control of my feelings and able to put past bad memories behind me. I now feel much more connected with my inner self. Thank you, without your channel I would be very far from the end of my personal recovery journey. I wish I lived in Canada and could attend your clinic in person, England is just that bit too far to come. Thank you again.
