I've already perfected the hiding whiskey game. Not getting married. It's pretty awesome.

I've been running out of places. This video could not have come at a better time.

Won't be difficult to hide this video from my wife. She saw one episode and said "is he intentionally talking like that"? Which is code for I wanna watch something else.

First off, Happy Fathers Day!!!! I just place the bottles amongst the rest of them. "That bottle? That has been there for ages!!!!" Just make sure you dust all of them off every so often...so they all blend in together. Also, rotate them around...so the are used to seeing different bottles in different locations! Cheers!!! 🥃

Part one and two came out when i was still happily married. This one came out when i was divorced so no need to hide my whiskey anymore. But still watched because you are awesome

The whiskey cabinet in the kitchen has 100+open bottles, and I also rotate the ones in the front based on what was recently added or whatever i want to drink down a bit faster- too many for her to keep track of ultimately. I also started using the top shelves of the pantry that are too hard for her to reach and harder to see, thus she’s usually not looking up there anyways (where the all 12 year olds hide, e.g. Weller12, ECBP, KC12, WT12, etc). I hide unopened bottles in several boxes in the cellar/ crawlspace… that’s the actual bunker, with access via trapdoor inside a hall closet. Sometimes i open it and pull out a bottle of champagne for my wife, so at least she thinks it mostly has stuff she likes too. 😅 I’m slowing down a lot now as the wife keeps telling me I have more whiskey than i can ever hope to drink … i’m starting to think she MIGHT be right. 😮😂

I started out hiding behind kids school photographs or any other decor. Of course you have to volunteer to always do the dusting. I have an old entertainment center in the living room with pull out dvd racks? Who has dvds nowadays? The racks were taken out and whiskey took its place. Only small bottles will fit. Good news for Blanton’s, hibiki, 13th colony etc work great. Then there’s behind the books on the book shelves flat against the walls. Knob creek and 1792 are great ones for here. The backs of filing cabinets in the home offices is great. With all the folks working remote or hybrid these days I can’t believe no one thought of that. Boxed whiskies in the box such as blood oath are perfect to just put in plain sight to balance a room or blend in with decor. But if you just simply run out of room and have so much, just rent a climatized 15x20 foot storage locker to keep your whiskies and when your wife gets the bill each month blame the daughter for having to store her furniture.

As I commented on the previous video, someone is back on their game! The first two episodes of how to hide were epic. This one makes it a trifecta. Even the sponsor footage was enjoyable 😂

Been in the hunt for over a year now and I'm in a few bottles deep. That said so many drops are happening this weekend.

When my neighbor reached the age where she needed to move to a supported community I bought her house. Boom, the bedroom in the back of the house is now storage!

I store my whiskey in a 2 liter Vernors bottle in the frig. Wife has no clue.

Y’all are doing this wrong. The trick is to start a liquor business and have your wife manage the finances of it. You can buy whatever you want and she will just think “this must be for the shop”……

I have this friend (Matt) who sends bottles. 😂

Got coolers in the garage. Never top of the stack. Then you just have to bleed it into the cabinet as you're killing bottles. Also. Overpay at the grocery, get cash back. Always buy your bottles with cash if possible. Except those budget mixers. Buy those on your debit card, because if you never seem to buy any, that is suspicious too. Or pay your buddy cash to get some for you. I got a Weller 12 this way. If you're lucky, your grocers have a bottle shop. Mine doesn't. :(😢

Keep whiskey in multiple cabinets and backups in a closet. You can always say the new bottle was in the other cabinet or in the closet.

I keep mine in the basement on a high shelf because my wife is short so she can't see up there. When I started getting serious, I had 30+ bottles up there before she noticed. I keep some decoy bottles in our liquor cabinet, so she thought that's all I had. Unfortunately that's the same shelf we keep the baby diapers on.... Son of a batch.

Oh man, I just picked up 5 different bottles of bourbon today. And thankfully (for me) my wife had a disagreement with one of our kids and was upset! She saw me walking in with the 5 bottles and well I really think she was so mad she didn’t see the 5 bottles as she walked up to me. 😅😅

Honesty is the best policy 99% of the time however there is certain times it is a good idea to sidestep when you buy a whiskey that you urge purchased and you really couldn't afford it. It happens and I've been there. Just saying!!
