No need to spend separate time or money for reducing ur weight..do all household chores by yourself without keeping a maid & follow a diet plan..dont take day time naps..you will automatically reduce weight

If you lose 2kgs in a day it’s muscle loss and not a healthy weight loss .do not teach wrong way to reduce weight.clean eating ,protein and weight training are healthy way to reduce weight.

Ramya, Pls share if fermented 1 night rice i.e Palaya sadam is gud for reducing sugar, weight loss etc..or pls collect enough info from friends & confirm.2.Also is there any age group alone who shud eat this fermented rice.3.This rice gives great sleep so only on sunday breakfast we used to have after doing house cleaning work😀

Hii I have reduced my weight from 90kg to 60kg... changing our "LIFESTYLE" is very important.. working out 6 days a week, proper sleep for 7 to 8 hours , consuming healthy foods, drinking required water, reducing the usage of phone time and my self determination, dicipline, confidence to reduce my weight... This all helped me to transfer from 90kg to 60kg.... Initially it will be little difficult to follow a healthy lifestyle but once you got used to it you will get addicted.... I have experienced it personally😊😊.... I wish you "ALL THE VERY BEST FOR YOUR TRANSFORMATION"🔥🔥🔥🔥

@@Suseendran_V It took me 5 months to reduce my weight... My aim was not only reducing weight I aimed to gain lean muscle and good shape.. so I went to gym... I appointed personal Trainer for a month because I didn't have much knowledge that time... Then after a month I use to watch some youtube videos and select my workout or else you can do normal gym workout which will mention in the card (this card will be given in the gym itself... they will mention the workout).... Cardio(walking,cycling,jogging,EFX etc) will help you for weight loss... I took some extra effort to gain lean muscle and get some good shape😊😊 Hope I have cleared your doubts... Watch more and more videos about fitness( diet, workout,transformations etc) this will motivate you and you will gain more knowledge... EVERY HUMAN BODY IS DIFFERENT "TRIAL AND ERROR" WORKS HERE.... You should customize everything according to your body😊😊😊😊 Efforts will never fail... be consistent and patient in your results... It will work... ALL THE BEST🔥🔥
