True! I tried one thing which helps me a lot to loss weight.. I stopped eating desserts or sweets after my meal.. also giving so much of important to the side dishes not to the main course.. Will Try this now… Every one hour I will fix something for my weight loss.. may be hot water, or doing some physical movements or may be breathe exercise anything I’ll try from tomorrow.. Will see the result in the next month..

In detail conversation about weight loss which is no one touched this boundary. Inspirational to us Ramya. I am not completely diet into it now. But nowadays I just think twice when I started to eat at home or its outside. About macro nutrients especially do we have protein or carbs or fibre...checking it twice. Although it seems like most of the points are something that everyone would know already, but, I love the way you have organized it leading to implementation. Problem that most of us face is that, we know what is good and what is bad (for the most part), we all know that we should exercise, eat healthy, etc. but getting to that to a reality is super challenging. Except for first point rest are OK. 1st point is only for averagely healthy people. People who have BP, any other ailments should be, slow. For example a person having vertigo issues should not get up fast and jump out of bed. Same applies with some one with neck bone issues. That's why we should always have a, word before following suggestions and advices from anyone.
