📋 INGREDIENTS:
540 ml chickpeas (2 1/4 cups)
3 carrots
2 red onions
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 jalapeno or green chili
200 g tomatoes (7 oz)
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp coriander
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 tsp caraway
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
black pepper
Parsley
Garnish:
couscous
olive oil
Salt
Parsley
Bake: 200° C (approx. 392° F) for 35 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking pan diameter: 26 cm x 20 cm (10.2 inches x 7.9 inches)
