RECIPE

Unsalted Butter 50g
Sugar 40g
Honey 60ml
Baking soda 1.5g
Eggs 75ml
Cake Flour 260g
Whipped cream 350ml
Lemon Juice 10ml
Icing sugar 50g
Honey 10ml
▼Instructions
1. Put unsalted butter, sugar and honey in a bowl, heat over low heat to melt
2. After melting, add baking soda and continue to heat and stir for 1-2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
3. After taking out the pot, break in the eggs, break up, stir well, sift in the flour, and refrigerate for 1 hour
4. Take out and divide into 6 equal parts, roll out to 1-2mm, 200°C / 392°F 3-4mins
5. Press out a round shape from a 15cm mold, and use the extra biscuits for use
6. Add light cream and lemon juice, stir well, put on ice water and wait for 15 minutes
7. Add in powdered sugar, beat at medium speed to 70%, add honey at the end
8. Layer a layer of crust, layer a layer of light cream, and sprinkle with crumbles at the end for decoration
