Energy is the body's reaction to the thoughts you are having. Fear( neg) thoughts make neg emotions. So if you want to stop neg energy before it starts switch the way you think from fear to Love. Start by observing your thoughts... is the ego mastering you? Choosing what we want is the only real decision we make everyday and the only choice we have: ego( fear) or God(Love). Lee's Qi Gong is a great way to clear out the past( stuck blockages). Namaste PS I advise everyone to stop watching the news media too.

Beautifully simple , but powerful, the way it should be . This is why I like Lee’s teachings the best out of all the many masters and teachers I’ve studied with . Plus he shows you how to put movements together to perform your own healing practice based on desired results, rather than giving you fixed movement practices, Like many people teach. I’m a naturally curious person and so I’ve studied with a lot of people in person as well as online and I always end up coming back to Lee’s approach.

I have never felt so good and relax and full of energy. I just turn 79 couple of days ago. but I feel fresh and feed since I have been doing his videos. Thank you for all your wonderful shows.

Full moon energy was bringing up a lot of emotional issues to be healed. This exercise brought me down from an 11 to a 4! Very doable! Thank you Lee, just what the doctor ordered.

Very informative - I do the shaking thing often, but I just learned that I do not keep it up long enough. No wonder those negative thoughts come back after a while since I never really get them out of me, I only subdue them temporarily.

negative thoughts are natural but they can become a habit, doing qigong can give you the energetic space to work on those! It's important not to attach to out thoughts, but to notice them and go 'oh that's a negative thought, I don't think that's helping me ' and let it go. It takes practice as our habits take a few weeks to change and to practice being mindful of our thoughts and not attach to them, as our thoughts sure can take us on a wild emotional ride! Qigong is wonderful for so many things!
