I've been using a scale for ages to weigh my food and then log it into Cronometer. They say people who track their calories lose more weight than people who don't, so it's a good habit to get into!

Pro Tip: Use an audio recording app on phone to speak your foods and weights into. Then you can enter them into Cronometer etc. after. Not only does it allow you to prepare food quicker, but you don't end up getting food all over your phone or laptop, or smudge paper with dirty hands. It also makes the process easier enough to encourage doing it more often 👍🏻👍🏻

Usage of food scale is correct but the conversion is highly incorrect!
