Remember. Being legitimately warm like temperature wise is also important

I knew this had to be a scam. The McGill big three are three movements, not two! I'm going to warming up all day.

Thanks for this. Very much just entering the world of powerlifting, lifts are pretty impressive at my weight for what they are but haven't really gotten in the habit of proper warmups besides linearly increasing up to weight for the day.

What kinds of warmups should you do if you’re doing multiple compound movements in one day?

For movement priming in squat say for example, would squats with just the barbell/just 135lb be a good substitute for Goblet Squats? Thanks man!

I just do full range of motion but lightweight version and whatever exercise I'm doing and then move all the way up to the working weight... Never had any issues

Does he have a resource on "what is a joint mobilization?" Also what is the 3R lock routine?
@lenny8785 Жыл бұрын
I know about the joint mobilization not the 3R lock. It has to do with unobstructed your ability to stretch your joints. He has a video in it for ankle mobilization you can find easily (top 3 ankle mobility exercises)
