Most people will tell you only to do Kegel exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. I'm here to tell you that you should be doing both Strengthening exercises and stretching exercises to achieve the optimal balance, especially when trying to overcome urinary incontinence (after dribble), incomplete bladder emptying, and a weakened urine flow.
