I like how you really mix it up and do some classic dumbbell exercises. It’s nice to see something different for a change. I feel like dumbbell pull overs are a thing of the past!

Chest supported rows on a bench, dunno why ive never thought about it, but that eliminates the lower back getting involved. Brilliant variation

The pineapple and insland slushie raw EAAs are really good. Im not super fond of extremely sweet stuff for EAAs because they kinda sit on your stomach a while. Both those flavors are sweet but not ridiculously so

As a person who watches KZfaq my recommendation is an entire 45 sessions of light weight squeezing, then 16 sessions of heavy pump work, followed by 4 sessions of light weight squeezing, finally finish off with a 5 - 8 day rest period (depending on yout own personal recovery time)

I put on 6 kilos and doing chins , push ups and running are really hard now . Almost makes me feel like giving them up I could do 4.5 chins now I struggle to do three . Could run for 20 minutes now it’s about five minutes. The price you pay for getting bigger

@Iain I dont get why the high carb on training day, it should be a pre load the day before to allow for some glycogen replenishment. I'd drop the carbs on training day, especially if training first thing in the morning.
