A lot of people, when they see they clearly have the green, don't pay any attention to the cross streets. It's easy to get tunnel vision on the road, and to expect everyone else to do what they're supposed to at all times.

More like is that people filming are recording licence plates, that can be used to track and locate individuals. Or people that have been recorded have not signed a waiver for their property/vehicle / person to be used.

The interesting thing about this one though, considering your statement, is that there were actually two different cars approaching the intersection from either side. Obviously there was the sedan, but there was also that pick-up truck that approached from the right and he was the one that caught my attention first as I watched the clip. The Sedan also kind of blended in with the environment, but I didn't even see him until it was too late cause my attention was on the truck as I watched the clip.

its happened to me before. sat and watched someone blow a stop sign while making eye contact with me the whole time. almost tboned them. it happens so much in this area you just gotta expect it and most of the time, your instincts are on point if you live here. ive also almost been hit on a crosswalk by someone running a red light as well. also people drive like its june in december around here. ive never gotten how people can be so confident driving on an ice rink.

Honestly I'm glad that bikers have no muffler and speed here. If they parked right in my blind spot and were quiet as a mouse like the cars do, I would have probably killed a biker by now from my negligence.

When I was a kid, I saw a horrible motorcycle accident where the rider had his skin scraped to the bone along his thigh. I hadn't heard a person, let alone a man, scream that loudly. My dad was in medical school at the time and provided assistance, so we had to sit there and listen. It's very dangerous how much motorcyclists assume people are looking out solely for them, especially when they're weaving in and out of traffic between vehicles. I'm not saying people shouldn't drive motorcycles, but they definitely should be smart about it. All it takes is half an inch for you to fly off that bike and into serious harm.

I agree. The guy had about 1.5 seconds (from my count) to do something. A person paying attention should be able to at least slow down and mitigate the impact, if not avoid it altogether. But what gets me is situations like 0:28. The guy had about 3-4 seconds to do something, and the something he chose to do was go straight at full speed without swerving an inch and just blow the horn.

No telling what the whole story was with that situation, but yep, it was satisfying. Brake checkers suck. Even if the driver of the car had been acting like a dick before this, tailgating the Toyota, cutting in and out of traffic, speeding, etc, it was still nice to see a brake checker get what they asked for. I'm just glad it didn't involve other drivers around them.
