Central 46 *forbade* Yamamoto from teaching Zaraki the full range of sword arts out of fear. Frankly, I don't think Yamamoto thought so far ahead to consider what kind of monster he'd create in Zaraki, if he ignored Central 46.

what's even crazier is he's a battle maniac, he fully embraces violence and bloodbath and won't mind either losing his own life just to have fun, even shown in almost all of Bleach he keeps his eyepatch which acts as his suppressor, he's constantly seeking strong opponents and even prefers someone 10x stronger than him just so he could have a proper challenge, ichigo wasn't even a challenge to him when they first fight, he just tested him and it took ichigo every ounce of strength he had even involving old man zangetsu just to prove himself to kenpachi.

And take note, he was BANNED from training. The only time they trained him was when Kyoraku asked for permission in tybw.

Zaraki can't really train his Shikai or Bankai ! - The shikai is a swing that is it, no hidden mecanic. - The bankai is him going all out. Yachiru even stated that she released too much of the bankai power and that Zaraki body couldn't completely handle it yet. Which is why his body started to break SO i think we already saw the highiest he can go . He just need to hit the gym to get a body that can use his bankai for an extended period of time.

Counterpoint for Aizen: in TYBW he's no longer a hybrid. The whole point of what happened after Mugetsu is that he regressed to being a regular shinigami, he kept his immortality and enormous reiatsu, but he's no longer a transcendantal being.
