I DO LIKE the "bright and spacey pendants" as well as your knowledge of ot only liquid clay but the other non local hobby shop clays, as well... It expands the clay world for some of us who might not think to venture there on our own. Kudos to you and your passion not only for sharing of yourself, but for polumer clay. I pray many wonderful things come your way. ~ Bethany

You can use a bbq lighter, swipe quickly over your piece and will pop bubbles easily. Blowing can move the resin to much, the flame doesn’t disturb it

Curious . . . alcohol inks are terrible exposed to sunlight. They fade almost instantly even when placed on tile. Do you find that happening over time with this technique? Thank you again for all of your hard work opening our minds to new forms of expression.
@JessamaTutorials
@JessamaTutorials 5 жыл бұрын
I don't expose a lot of my jewelry to sunlight for long periods of time so I haven't had any fading, but I've heard of a lot of people experiencing this issue.

Good Morning Samantha, could you tell me please why you don't apply resin to the back of the jewelry. Thank you.
@JessamaTutorials
@JessamaTutorials 5 жыл бұрын
If the resin spills over the sides in a drip it will mess up the front. I don't like to risk it and putting resin on the back isn't necessary.

Question: you said the fimo liquid clay was the clearest you could get. So it's even clearer than the clear liquid clay from sculpey? I saw a thing from polymer clay tutor about the new liquid clays and the clear stuff was amazingly clear. Looked like glass after baking.
@JessamaTutorials
@JessamaTutorials 5 жыл бұрын
I haven't tried the new liquid clays extensively and haven't got the right heat yet so the fimo is still the clearest. for me.

It's not best to bake the clay in your home oven. It's better to get a toaster oven.
