I did this July 22 2024. Great workout. Side note that Nacho is a love and although we all miss Stella, don’t think Nacho is any less of a sweetheart! He’s the clown! Love him.

That was so AMAZING! Not one muscle was left untouched! My favorite circuits included the pushups because I can do them all on my toes now! Thank you Kaleigh! 💜🙏🏻🙌🏻⭐️🥰

It's so fitting that you talk about getting out of your comfort zone in the workouts because it will also spill over into life! I got asked to be on my company's global wide wellness wednesday zoom to give a testimonial about a new product and my first instinct was to say NO WAY! But I have been doing so much mindset work that I had a pause and a small voice said "I think you should say yes"... so here we go!!!! 7pm central doing it scared and excited to see the growth!

I’ve done this one twice now and I really love it. It’s challenging but doable. Was drenched in sweat when I was finished, but felt great.

I love the no repeat workouts. You warned me ahead of time how tough this workout was, and I was low-key, sort of dreading it. But I can really see the changes brought on by Incredible. I felt strong, powerful and in control for every one of these exercises!! Proud of me!!! Thank you.

Wall sits....why are they so mean! They look so nice and easy, but they are little burners 🔥! The wall sit calf raises, were a whole other level of pain! Wowsers! Absolutely challenging, strong, and solid workout! Thank you!!

Did this full workout today. I am age 70 and had a right total knee replacement on June 6. Today I was able to do pushups on my knees with a towel underneath them. I still have difficulty getting up and down from the floor, but today I was able to do that more easily as well. This is one of my favorites of your strength training workouts so far. Today was very encouraging. Now off for some dessert, (stretching). Thank you so much for all you do get us and keep us in shape.

Today is the first day I have been able to hold a wall sit for an entire duration... and I did it three times today!?! Once with weights?? Wasn't able to do the kick outs but it's a goal! You have changed my life. I feel INCREDIBLE!! ❤

Loved it !! Designed really well and REAL. OMG, I'm intermediate and kept up with every rep and weight which is very rare in most work out videos cause the instructor is almost always going heavier or faster or both. Such a mood boost when you can keep up with the whole video from start to finish. I have many a time paused the work out after about half and feel terrible about myself for not being able to complete, but this one here is great.

Man, the dog has reached nirvana. Love golden retrievers, very friendly, chill dogs and great to play with and they have such positive attitudes. The only dog that I am not scared of is a golden retriever, the rest of the dogs just hate me. Great workout, i thoroughly enjoyed it.

I absolutely loved this hard workout....loved the combos and calves! Except I couldn't do the bear crawl twist one; I had to sub something else. Nacho was too cute.

As I am a little behind, I could see what was coming up and I didn't think I was going to last that long 😅 but I did and time seemed to fly with these circuits. I am so grateful for the reminders about form and taking time with some exercises as I do have a back that loves to arch! Really concentrating in the Dead Bug🐞😸 helped enormously! Thank you so much 💕

Amazing Workout, Finally TODAY I got done with INCREDIBLE !!! slacked a bit but finally its done.. I have done every single workout on both channels since Sweet Summer Sweat till INCREDIBLE now..
