One of your best videos definitely! Can you in one short video explain why whould we do any of these movements? For example, we dont know why should we do "clean" or "snatch"(more precisely: what is purpose of each exercise in personal fitness goals?) instead of other exercises withoud kettlebell. Sorry if I am not educated enough.

With the false grip would that prevent you from using the arms to much and let your legs drive up ?
