The Internation Malecon has changed a lot since you were here. What you called the "mini pier" at 24:35 is actually the Chocolate Pier, and many people fish from it especially in the early part of the day. And the building you were looking at just before that is a beach club called Mar y Mar, plus there's a welcome centre in that building, and a bar called "Like Bar" that just opened in Aug/23. Those bolts started popping up just weeks after that walkway was completed. The winds of Progreso are the reason kitesurfers visit from all over the world - Anne

you found a very nice place to settle fro awhile. love th ebeach and the walk along showing the shops . nice clear day just windy many out fishing. the beach is clear and i see workers keeping it that way. I hope to see a tour of your condo th ecost for staying there. Have a great time inmexico remain safe and secure while there.

👋Hello from Texas, so glad you guys landed safely. Very interested in your new place show us everything, also info on cruise line that anchors there . Is Mexico as hot as PI , Texas is really hot 🥵 just recently had a short cool snap. Enjoy ❤️

Texas is cold to the PI, Mexico can get hot, but this PI heat from mid-March until June will ruin your life. Especially on a flight ramp on Clark. Nicest times are late December through Feb.

You're welcome Phillip. Internet is hit and miss. Merida has fiber in some areas. Progeso high is around 30mb down at best I believe. Thanks for watching our videos!
