For those who asking how many calories are burned during this workout. it rly depends on your weight, height and how active you are. As for me.. when I did it for the first time, I only burned 190 calories coz I skipped many routines (lol ngl it was hard) but it gets easier the second time, I burned around 230 calories and not skipping routines anymore (I also jog on the other days) 😁 Thanks Joanna for this low impact workout ❤❤ btw I'm 81kg and 156 cm and on day 20 of my weight loss journey!! I will update monthly here if I remember hahah

I've been doing your workouts for years, but I have finally gotten into the habit of exercising regularly. I mix your strength training videos with running, but since I have been quarantining, I have been looking for other methods of cardio. I started my regular fitness journey a year ago, and I have lost about 38 pounds. I am much more confident and healthier than I used to be. Thank you for being a part of my journey. ❤️

I've been doing this workout for about a week now. It is really helping me get off the couch. At the beginning of the week, I could only get halfway through. I've really been trying to eat clean and do this workout everyday, and now I can complete the ENTIRE workout. This is just the first step for me, so thank you for posting this video. You are truly helping people!!

I love how motivational you are in this video! You encouraging me to push myself almost every second really helped me a lot. It feels like I'm working out right beside you, so I didn't compromise any movements. 😇🙋‍♀️ (especially when you said you're not quitting because you know that you've got only 20 seconds left, and I was trying to take a break early 😂😂😂)

Love it !! I have a rod in my leg and a half of knee replacement and this works for me. Things that I couldn't do I just replaced it with something else 🥰🤗

Joanna, you are a legend. All your workouts are so simple, yet achievable and effective. It may be hard to do in the first or second time, but eventually I can catch up. Wow Joanna another great work out video. I'm so used to your other work out videos where we do three sets of the same exercises. With this video, before I knew it we were already on the last set and I was covered in sweat and my heart rate was definitley up. For some reason I have become obsessed with your work out videos and even though I may not be able to keep up with you half the time they keep me coming back for more. Keep up the good work.

Awesome workout but because I'm just beginning, I did have to stop for a few seconds here and there and sometimes, I wasn't able to finish some of them like the up and down planks! But I'm proud that I am back on the fitness journey and thank you for this great workout 😊💪

I always do high intensity jumping cardio lol it just feels good but because of all those jumps now i have calves pain so i'm trying to find without jumping this will work thank-you
