Strengthening the lower abs , core and back is difficult if you have tight hamstrings and hip groin muscles, and these muscles have an integra;l part to keep your lower abdominals, pelvic floor and lower back muscles as well as to activate weak Transverse abdominis especially if you are experiencing umbilical hernia, diastasis recti , post partum and in case you have been sitting a lot with very weak core. The wall will help support at the same time lengthen and strengthen your tight and weak hamstrings.
