Lucy is the only trainer on the internet I trust enough to send small videos for my senior mom to do safely, and have the kind words of encouragement to push on and feel good no matter age or body type! I stumbled across your channel Lucy and am LOVING it! We live in Saskatchewan Canada where the winters are long and cold, and it's difficult to get out. Wonderful-been sharing these with so many people, so grateful to have found this channel-started with the 7 day belly fat challenge and lost 1 3/4 inches off my waist and 3.5 pounds in 7 days…now I’m adding these 5 minute workouts on week by week and I’m just in love. I feel toned, feel motivated (and I’ve always hated working out, till now), and while my husband has never missed a single day in 21 years telling me how hot he thinks I am (even when I was 230 pounds), he notices the difference in my body and my confidence-the confidence is where it’s at and these amazing workouts make you feel so good about yourself!! Getting back into it this week after a September filled month of getting married and naughty food habits in America for our honeymoon. Slowly but surely getting myself back into morning workouts with you. You’ve helped me so much with motivation and drive to lose three stone over the last 3 years and I can’t thank you enough! Thank you for these work outs. I’ve just done the 5 minute abs, the 5 minute glutes (twice) and then the legs. I discovered you over a year ago little while after having my second son. Your workouts are great to fit in around children and the boys love your cats 🐱 xx

I love these 5 minute segments!! I’m a lists type of person. I have a bed time exercise list of your more lighter, more relaxing exercises/ stretches. And I also have a “work day” list of short exercise segments to do during my work day - I work from home spending my day in front of a computer, and these are perfect!! I also have a more intensive list for my morning HIITS. But these are perfect combined into a lengthier workout, or spread out throughout the day! Love them!! I’d be happy to have more of them to add onto my lists!! 😊

Dear Lucy, long time no see. I started at the very beginning of COVID (aged 64) and got 'addicted' to your workouts, then had to make a big pause due to an injury (made a short attempt to go back to my daily workout routine but 'helas') but this time I hope to be back for good. Over three years have past and you are still the best thing that has ever happened to me workout-wise. I started 14 days ago with the seven minute belly fat and arm workouts and have added this leg and thigh workout. Thanks again. Gràcies. Big hug from Girona.🧡💛💚💜💙

I like it when fitness channels have a mix of times with whatever style of workouts. It helps when you don't have a lot of time but still want to workout or you want to add something on the end. These 5 minute ones are great for the mornings for me. Thank you for thinking of us.

This was so awesome. I get up early to do my exercises and just got off the treadmill mill. This is perfect right after, thank you so much, oh is there a 5 minute arm to balance me out. I will definitely be doing this at least twice a day.
