But the court system always sides with the mothers. As far as raising his life insurance through forgery, you really can't do that without also raising his premiums, so he must have just been totally unaware that he was suddenly paying a lot more for life insurance

can’t believe how i haven’t seen more comments about how dustin’s father took his own life and him saying that since his son died there hadn’t been a night where he didn’t cry himself to sleep every night. that absolutely broke me oh my god :( that poor family, dustin seemed like a lovely person. i am so sorry they had to suffer the loss of not only their son but also his father as well. not finished the video yet but also ??? oh my god her just blaming her own CHILD???

@@DioBrando-qr6ye It's as simple as it gets. She hated John and they were having a bitter custody battle. Her brilliant idea to take John out of the picture was to call Dustin over to her house and murder him. Her story to the police was that Dustin had an accomplice with him and that Dustin was part of murder for hire. The implication was that John was involved, but he had an airtight alibi.

He had moved in with me recently and he kept complaining about my dog and how "annoying" she was and I told him every time "This is her home and she was here before you. Keep it up and you wont be here anymore. You're just a guest." He one day gave me an ultimatum saying "Me or the dog" basically... so I told him "There's the MFing door!" He was shook and he tried to guilt me saying "I cant believe youre choosing a DOG over me!" like yeah im F**king choosing MY DOG over you a**hole... even so he showed me his true colors I could NEVER be with someone who doesnt like my pets or doesnt like animals in general. And to try and make me choose? GTFOH there isnt going to BE a choice because I will ALWAYS choose my dog and my cats.

It blows my mind that Tracy was given custody of Bert. It's so disgusting what a lot of court officials and judges overlook in custody battles to give the mother custody. It sounds so crazy now, but when I was a kid growing up in the Midwest, nobody locked their doors...and everyone in my neighborhood even habitually left their cars unlocked with the keys inside!! And the even crazier thing is that I don't remember anyone ever having their cars stolen!! The worst thing I can remember is people occasionally getting beer stolen from garage refrigerators by high school kids, and one of our next door neighbors once had their unlocked house robbed. Small town life is definitely a whole different way of life!

We live in CA, and we never lock our doors or cars, and we don't know where the key is for 13 years... We just don't have a key. We also moved from the Midwest, and as far as I remember, didn't use keys there. I guess, you just don't have to be paranoid about it...

I just wanna say on the thing about her leaving after this "break in" happened- I know it was a lie but if it wasn't, I don't think it would be that weird wanting to leave right after that happened bc with one guy on the loose I think a lot of people would be afraid he'd come back, and being in the house immediately after would be traumatic all over again. My sister had 2 guys kick her door in and attack her pretty brutally, they robbed her of her guns and beat her with her own guns. The police didn't catch them immediately, in fact one is still not found almost 2 years later, and right after this happened she didn't stay at home for several weeks bc she was afraid they'd come back. Of course, this lady was lying so whatever, but I think in similar situations it would be normal and reasonable to leave to somewhere else right after

I hope Michael and John and all 3 of Michael's kids are living a stable happy life without Tracy. She is clearly obsessed with drama and framing people and destroying their lives. I'm very happy that Michael is able to go live back in Australia with his family and far away from Tracy. And I feel absolutely awful that bert has been so manipulated by his mother that he's literally trying to get a murderer out of jail despite being proven she's not Innocent.

I had heard this one before - it’s one of those that always amazes at the stupidity of people. Flashing neon signs: THIS PERSON IS LYING! Everyone else: wow! We all believe him/her. I feel so sorry for all the lives she left in her wake.

I think she changed her name to her ex-husband's new wife because if he left everything in the will to her, her specific name, then she could claim that everything went to her instead. I don't really understand why she thought this would work but it's kind of the only thing that makes any sense.
