👋🏼 Hi! No those brackets shown in the video were very early models and actually had many disadvantages compared to the new design. The new brackets can be mounted at any height on the door now, are stronger and safer. The strap system just takes two minutes to mount after the first few times

Hi David. There is very little negative (eccentric) resistance. Using the MAXPRO provides a concentric biased resistance (CBR) profile. A concentric biased resistance (CBR) profile is different than the traditional workout methods available today. Basically, a MAXPRO user will workout the muscle primarily on contraction only.
