Welcome to mobility series!
In this video, we’re focusing on the mobility of our hips, knees, and ankles. I’ll show you 5 movements you can do whenever you feel stiff in your lower body.
I recommend doing 6 repetitions of each movement. You can do up to 3 rounds and rest as needed in between.
