Don’t get me wrong, this scene is pretty good, but I really wish that Tobias had said, ‘I might be in love with you. I’m waiting until I’m sure to tell you, though.’ Like he did in the books.

I’m waiting until I’m sure to tell you, though.” And then Tris says, “That’s sensible of you.” Tobias answers, “Maybe I’m already sure and I just don’t want to frighten you.” Tris says, “You should know better,” and so Tobias answers, “Fine. I love you.” What I was saying is that I wish that whole scene was filmed, because it was one of the sweeter ones.

I think there was at least one other version of this scene that wasn’t used for the final cut. All I know is that they did film a kiss for this scene but I couldn’t say about the dialogue.

I really loved this ending to the movie. Four and Tris running away, leaving everything behind. After all, her parents are dead, and she left behind her friends (2 of which are dead), and left Christina. Their faction has fallen apart. This is the best ending ever. I've watched Divergent over a million times and it's the best movie ever.

In the books she gets used to his smell (clean and deodorant etc. ) and she see’s that as safety, which is why she hugs him so much, it makes her feel safe....

I still listen to the whole Divergent sountrack, and Ellie Goulding's albums for all the amazing vibes. Her music suited the Divergent aesthetics, and as a whole hightened my love for the movie series... especially the 1st one. 💖

IWannabeJew I actually really enjoyed Insurgent, especially at the beginning when they’re all together on one of Amity’s farms and everything is so beautiful and green. 😍 I also love how they grew as a couple, also we saw them being intimate in the second movie, that was nice. We also get to see Tobias’s mother! I think Allegiant wasn’t as bad as everyone keeps saying, but it was certainly not as good as the first two movies. Maybe because they needed to make a part 2 so the first movie seemed a bit empty (story wise). But I love all three movies a whole lot! 🥰 Best freaking therapy when I’m having a bad day!

lol i just finished reading the "We Can Be Mended" prequel of Divergent Series, but im kinda regretful for reading it. It takes place after 5 years and Tobias and Christina ended up together in the books, as we all knew Tris and Will - their supposedly partners died. I feel it just kinda unfair, yes im happy for them thay they've move on but i feel unfairness to tris part, idk or its just that ITS REALLY TRIS I WANTED TO BE WITH TOBIAS 😭

Yes he isn’t as divergent as tris as you’ll find in the sequels she is a true divergent but he isn’t. However he tested divergent before he chose his faction or whatever but as far as this movie goes, yes
