- Pork Spare Ribs, pre-chopped by your local butcher
- water
- salt
- chicken stock powder
- grounded black pepper
- brown sugar
- sriracha sauce
- oyster sauce
- fish sauce
- paprika
- vegetable oil
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 shallot
- halt an onion
- green onion to taste
- sesame seeds
