This workout is broken up into three circuits. In each circuit, you'll be given three exercises and will go through them four times. You get 15 seconds of rest in between sets. In other words, you do all three exercises back to back, rest 15 seconds, then repeat a total of four times.
In the first two circuits, the intervals are 45 seconds. In the third circuit, the intervals are only 30 seconds.
EQUIPMENT YOU'LL NEED

-Resistance band loop, option to have two on hand. I recommend a medium-heavy band. For the second circuit, you might want to use a slightly lighter one, but it's not necessary. This is the set I'm using: amzn.to/2WUW9FN

-Low Lateral Steps

-Hip Bridge Pulses (out + up)
