I haven't been brave enough to try this one yet, but I can tell this is really going to spike the heart rate; I'll have the ambulance organised for about 15 minutes in! I can see why you'd need to do this early in the morning over there, it would surely be dangerous in the heat of the Mexican day! All the best from the flabby Spiderman back in Blighty!

Love how this workout is less intense and a bit longer (at 30 minutes) than the usual 20-25 min workouts I do. Still worked up a good sweat. Music is great but drowns out your instruction. I'm so addicted to your channel. Keep em coming. You both do a great job keeping us all in shape, while continuing to have fun.

I like the combinations i find the transition from one exercise to the next smooth. Not too many and not too little repetitions. I like it better when we don't count and you are just encouraging us and explaining what the exercise does.

Hey SanFran. This is my thirteenth time doing this workout and only the 5th time I was able to work it all the way through. I've made a lot of progress. I moved from pausing between each activity to pausing between each section, skipping a few acticities to now where I'm following all the way through. Thanks again for all you do. I had my trampoline in a corner gathering dust before I came across your video.

Fantastic video, I haven't used my trampette in over 3years and iv slightly put on weight during this plan-demic. Thanks for the workout I was definitely reminded how effective trampettes are 🙏🏾

Well. That was tough! The clue was in the title though 😬 Absolutely loved it! Gone straight up there with my favourites. I’ve done this two days on the trot as suggested. Really really felt it in my thighs the second time. So then for some mad reason I did some kettlebell with Scott...... insane! Lost half my body weight in sweat 😓 but felt amazing afterwards. Both the classes done through your brilliant subscription channel 👍 but I like to leave comments on here. 😘

This is my fifth time doing this workout. I'm taking fewer breaks before I get to the end. Today I got through to the fifth ruffian kicks before I need a break. This is definitely progress for me. My second break was at the mountain climb. I hope to make it to the end without a break very soon.

Really enjoyed this workout. Would appreciate moving around the rebounder more. It challenges my balance and I find it less boring than always facing straight on during the workout. Pushing into the mat with my arms during the plank series of exercises really taxed my arms as well. Thank you for your excellent routines. Annapolis, MD
