Hakka Lei Cha is a traditional Hakka delicacy. Bryan & Chef Brandon use the most traditional method to make Lei Cha soup by mixing water to soup ingredients which are grinded by the mortar and pestle. The soup is paired with various traditional side dishes to create the old taste of Hakka Lei Cha.
