New here! Love this, it was quick and effective. And I love how the music went from let’s get it, to a nice little jazzy cooldown (made me 2 step and snap) and ended with Im basically that b 😅 thank you!

Coach, great morning workout for the arms and abs - thanks for showing me some cool new moves! Just one feedback if I may? Perhaps don't look at the camera too much - e.g. during the workout. I understand it's for engagement. But I personally would prefer if you appeared to be focusing on the workout like we are and not have to 'look out' for us or think that is engagement. Just my quirk I guess. But great, great workout.
