Running stairs seems simple enough. You just run up and down. But in the context of the PARE test, it can be trickier than you expect. Depending on your abilities, there are generally 3 ways you can run the stairs:
1) Bare minimum (one step going up, the top step, one step going down)
2) Take every step
3) Skipping (every other) step
In the video I go over how you can perform each method. This can help you make a decision as to which is the best for you.
