Unfortunately, my country is under sanctions and I am unable to purchase the training programs on the website. Therefore, I only watch them on KZfaq. I wanted to know how I can watch the videos. Is there a specific order? What is the best exercise? How long should I perform each clip?

These aren’t in a specific order but these drills are great to add to your workout. Most of the full workouts on the channel can be done once a week. All the sets and reps are in the video

There’s not one specific exercises. The best thing you can do to increase your speed is to get lean. We have a lot of speed workouts on our channel that will help you get faster
