I love your gentle tone of voice and your ability to anticipate any hesitation about what to do, keeping my breathing in synch. I am not good at coordination and I need this step by step leading.

This is such a great class, Katja. Thank you. I always feel very safe doing your classes - they are wonderful exercise and I never feel any danger of hurting myself because you are so careful and detailed with your instructions. My body always feels so much looser and stronger after your classes. This one helped me remember I have waist muscles!

Hi Katja, I tried this class today and loved it. Thank you for adding another great session. Can I make a request for any future classes you may do please. I am a runner, I practice yoga & pilates but still struggle to tone the upper inner thighs! I would be so grateful if you could incorporate something to help. I have now shared your classes with many friends and are all loving your teaching.

I love your use of voice throughout the entire video. Even when the exercises were already explained and it was only a matter of repeating them, you reminded the viewer of important details, common mistakes and breathing. This was my first time doing pilates and I have to say I will definitely continue on your channel! Cheers!
