Tks, Long story short. I was confined with no weights. I did pushups 200 a day and dips off of a bed. 200 day. After 30 days I started doing 500 a day. 25 reps at a time. After 60 days, I was ripped with no weight. Also ate right diet and most importantly, drank at least a gallon of water a day! Water is key to any diet or work out! Tks again!

TappBrothers Hey here’s an idea. Stop making those shitty 2 minute KZfaq ads where we have to click to find out what excercise not to do, and then sit through a video that doesn’t say how long it is, that we can’t skip through or rewind, with no links on the ad page. Its super shady and frankly its a shitty way to do business. If feels gimmicky and makes people who have liked your videos for a long time loose alot of respect for you. Try honest, transparent advertising

3 times a week is enough. Your body needs enough rest after a workout(especially with strength) to properly heal or else you will see less improvements. You can work out on monday, wednesday and friday for example. But it's up to you to fit it in your schedule.

The brain burns more fat than all the body muscles combined. If you want to burn fat, just go for a walk, or just sit on a chair and stare at the ceiling. Ither way, "YOU WILL BE BURNING MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF FAT". The trick is "NOT TO REPLACE THAT FAT" by eating too much of the wrong foods. It is so annoying when professional trainers come up and say: "Do this or that exercise because it burns fat!" C'mon Tap bros! Stop claiming "these or those", are some kind of special "fat burning" exercises! By "Not Over-Eating" is how people burn fat and get lean!
@mainescapade
@mainescapade 4 жыл бұрын
The brain doesnt burn fat. The brain burns calories. And if you're eating a deficit, it will use either fat or muscle to fuel itself. The leaner you get, the less fat our body has to work with. Moderate exercise (plus protein) is necessary to prevent muscle loss.
@ToxicVaccines_HivHoax
@ToxicVaccines_HivHoax 4 жыл бұрын
@@mainescapade - Calories are units of measurement of energy, aka fuel. Fat is stored calories. How old are you? 12? Two points to remember here: 1- Whatever you do not use, you are going to lose. (Use it or lose it) 2- The body, (not just the brain) will not use as fuel muscles that are being regularly exercised. (Muscles that are exercised are not used as fuel, while thereis stored fat available). So the body, which includes the brain, will use the stored fat as fuel, BURNING IT. The body will transform fat in to whatever form of fuel the brain or any other organ needs to consume. Such as glucose. You do not have to do squats and pushups for this process to take place. Any moderate or intense exercise that engages the muscles you want to preserve, will do the job. It's just so annoying when you hear: "Do this exercise because it burn fat! Buy my program with these exercises in it because these exercises burn fat!"
@mainescapade
@mainescapade 4 жыл бұрын
@@ToxicVaccines_HivHoax I pretty much agree with everything you said. I just made the distinction between energy and fat since the body doesn't specifically look to burn fat. No need for hostility.
@ToxicVaccines_HivHoax
@ToxicVaccines_HivHoax 4 жыл бұрын
@@mainescapade - I appreciate you being civilized about it. But saying: "The brain doesn't burn fat. The brain burns calories." is misleading. The brain actually burns glucose. If the person is not eating glucose (sugars) containing foods, the body will access its fat reserves and convert fat in to glucose for the brain to use. So the brain does burn fat. Now, fat and glucose are energy. When we need to measure how much energy is used or stored, we use a measuring unit called "calories". "Calories" is the same as "kilograms". The brain does not burn calories. It burns glucose. Glucose can be measured in calories. Sure, glucose can also be derived by breaking down muscle. Exercising a particular group of muscles, tells the body not to break those muscles down to use as fuel. So the body breaks down the fat or other muscles that are not being used instead. The body is guided by survival principles. A big muscle requires energy to maintain. If that muscle is not being used, the body says why keep it?? And so it seeks to reduce that muscle mass so it doesn't have to spend energy to maintain it. This muscle relevance evaluation, and reduction process, happens all the time. This is why exercise is vital.
@ToxicVaccines_HivHoax
@ToxicVaccines_HivHoax 4 жыл бұрын
@@mainescapade - That is why almost everyone on planet earth is addicted to sugar (glucose). It is the ready to use fuel for the largest energy consuming organ in our body, the brain. People could be couch potatoes and all of a sudden get cravings for sugar containing foods. This happens because the brain is burning massive amounts of energy (which can come from fat) even when people are sitting around all day.

Useless stuff. These excercises have nothing to do with making someone lean because they barelly burn any calories. They ar good for building like 3 different muscles but only for begginers. Want to get leaner? Get on the diet, and do cardio, caloric deficit is the only way.
