Matchbox Revival I’ve actually created the vinyl on top myself. It’s a wooden box that was used to put in painters accessoires.

Hi, I'm doing some restoration in my collection myself sometimes. Always struggle with the axles on regular wheels - refixing and mushrooming the end. Know about the thick nails hollowing out, but don't have a fixed drill for that. Maybe you got some idea on how-to with normal drill or hammer or likewise? Thanks in advance!!

I bought a little tool. It’s a tube that fits over the end of the axle. A small drill bit forms a dimple in the end of the axle. Once reassembled, a small ball peon hammer is used to mushroom over the ‘drilled’ end and its yields easily. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/174448670395

I just uploaded another way of replacing the axles. But the method MatchstalkMan just mentioned looks great too! Hadn't seen that one yet. Thanks for sharing!
