1. Distinguish between the man you can help and the one you can't. 2. Talk about his life story. Observe how he handles success and loss. 3. Is he healing? (a. He recognises that he's not sovereign so he prays. b. He surrenders to God. c. He's working to sanctify his life. d. He processes anger properly. e. He has an optimistic view of life.) *Anger management; *Transparency in conversations; *How he manages to stay even in good and bad times. *How he treats others in less advantageous positions. *His conversations. *Is he motivated? 4. Is he deep enough to accommodate you? *A man who accommodates (values) you will always make your life better (i.e. will improve your life). *Does he have the emotional intelligence to learn you? *Does he have the consistency to allow you to let down your guard and relax? *Is he secure enough to not be intimidated by your strengths and successes? *Is he wise enough to recognize your contribution if you never made a dime? *Can he teach and intrigue you in conversations? *Does his vision excite you? 5. Does he want you? *He waits for you. *He accepts you. *He needs you. *He treasures you. 6. What is the foundation of his self-esteem? *God's definition of him; *His awareness of his own future and value *His evidence of progression towards his God-ordained destiny.

@keepthechange1
@keepthechange1 Жыл бұрын
Your parents gave you what they had. In their time, emotional health was not heard of. Fathers barely said I Love you. They felt that keeping the lights on and food on the table was demonstrative of Love. So many people nail their parents to the cross for what they didn’t give or teach. Could you have learned of emotional well being on your own prior to getting married? Why are your marriage wins or fails placed on the shoulders of your parents? You have far more resources available than your parents during their prime. I’m perplexed.

@@keepthechange1 Ok I was nodding until the middle of your comment. Parents actually aren't "nailed to the cross" enough! SOOOO much of what we deal with as adults are traumas that were developed in childhood from our relationships with caregivers. Many caregivers don't feel accountable either; some are remorseful and want to heal, thankfully. I think if people really really realized how fragile (and how expensive) children are, they would not be as quick to have them. You can have a middle-class, two-parent upbringing and still be traumatized because you weren't nurtured a particular way.
@keepthechange1
@keepthechange1 Жыл бұрын
@@Heyu7her3 I don’t disagree with you. Trauma is real; I don’t minimize that. I spoke on behalf of the parents who did their best, according to their upbringing. I don’t give a pass to anyone who traumatizes and abuses their children. There is a lot of healing that has to happen. It’s not a black or white issue. This happens in all families. Some parents are horrible because their parents were horrible to them. It’s a vicious cycle.

I’ve said this a few times, if the beautiful talented Haley Berry can’t keep a man, how can the average woman? Then l am reminded of an elderly couple l once knew. This man only left his girlfriend, not even his wife, to attend church. I was their home health aid on Sundays. He would return from church and have ice cream with his lady and invite me to stay and join them. I knew l was in the presence of pure ❤️. She was disabled in a wheelchair, had hearing aids, could hardly see, no teeth, wore diapers and that man LOVED the ground she wheeled on! That’s why even in my mid fifties, l still have hope for finding that kind of love!

Hi Bishop RC and family of Queens, and future Queens! I have been listening to RC for the last few years, approximately around 4 years. RC has educated me on the value of woman-hood, particularly, helped me see the value of myself as a woman. I trusted his insight, along with my spiritual beliefs, prayers, and faith, I was literally awakened. I am now Happily Married to a real King of a man, running a business, and working to fulfill all my dreams and purposes! God sends messengers, and I know that he has sent RC for me and to you'all. He can teach and coach, but we are the ones who has to receive and wake up! I did view a man's physical type as utter important, and the "ideal career for a man" but RC cleared that up to help me understand that the most important value of a husband is his willingness to love, protect, provide and honor me is the most important piece to desire of a husband. Although, I am fortunate to have a man I am attracted to, he was not my idral type. It's God send, and I was open to receive God's choice. GOD will provide to your situation, in time, with your attention to him and sacrifice. There has to be sacrifices made from us to receive as well, and sacrificing can start with putting our ego aside for type for honor & respect!

Is he healing (prays n surrenders to God cuz he knows he isn't in control of life, process anger healthily and is optimistic) -Anger management -Transparency in conversation of losses too -Even headed in good n bad times -Empathy towards others -Energy ; how he makes u feel -Conversation ; move from past, facing present n focus on future - Is he Motivated 4. Deep enough to accommodate n value you - Emotional intelligence to learn u ; wht u like or not, wht triggers u n even make u so safe, u forget this trigger! - Consistent character to allow u to put down your guard n ease ur trust issues - Secure to not get intimidated by ur success - Wise to recognise ur contribution even if u dnt make money -Teach n intrigue u in conversation -Does his vision excite u cuz ur there to help 5. Does he want you -Waits for u, doesn't rush u -Accepts u n loves u as u are -Needs you; where u fit in his life -Treasures n cherishes u as the prize (he needs respect but doesn't view himself as the prize) 6. What is the foundation of his self esteem -God's definition of man -Awareness of his own future n value -Progress toward his destiny; no comparison

At a certain age, I expect a man to have at the very least a 401k growing. In his 20s-35, it’s ok if he is still growing and owns nothing. But after that, even if he’s divorced and starting over, I expect him to have his own place (or condo), and be solid in his career and, yeh, that 401k and some kind of health insurance. Because you can’t be 40 and have nothing in savings for the future or have no pension plan.

Yes you can. It’s called investing. Money is called currency for a reason to constantly flow, not to be stalled losing value by saving.

I'm tired of hearing that women choose men based on superficial qualities, when you see so many women taking whatever they can get or refusing to leave a guy because she's afraid she won't find anyone else. I see a lot of women who just don't want to be alone, so they accept just about anyone. Even at 12 when I started looking at boys, I was judging them based on our compatibility. Still, I've never met a man who has met my basic list of qualities. What qualities? Honest, faithful, respectful at all times, in control of his emotions, well-mannered, reliable, manages his life responsibly, easy for me to get along with, playful, witty and intelligent. Tell a woman this and she will understand, tell a man and he will say I've been looking in the wrong place for 30 years, because heeee is a good man. Hmm.

I am also tired of hearing that. I do think both genders will stay with someone toxic in the beginning if they are attractive and therefor have the halo effect. I've always heard of and known women to date down because the thought process is that the man will be grateful to be with someone beautiful. The reality is he is resentful. He also starts believing if he gets one 9/10 he can get another.

I appreciate the energy, information, I do not care how much advice or information anyone gets from this man! Your life does not go the way you plan, if you do not have the living experience! Your answers will not make sense! to any questions you have! to any unhealthy situation!

“No indeed!” 😂 Sorry Bishop, but every woman who is or ever has been a stay at home mom just giggled at your expense! But in all seriousness- thank you for using your voice to share this point - my 10 years as a stay at home mom of three was demeaned and diminished at every turn - it’s nice to have a Godly man give that validation ❤️

Yesssss!!!! An angry man is a dangerous man! I have experienced it first hand. It’s utterly terrifying. But for the grace of God. Ladies, PLEASE do not overlook this point! An ex could have taken my life but….God. The Bible warns of keeping company with an angry person. During premarital counseling with my husband one of the questions our pastor asked us was, “have we seen each other angry?” He said it’s one thing to get angry and maybe raise your voice. It’s another thing to be throwing pots and pans and punching holes in the wall when you get angry. I could not agree more! And to the men, an angry woman will wreck hell on earth in your life so please beware as well. Thank you RC Blakes. Good teaching.

Man of God I thank you and your Lovely Queen, Lisa for this word and for your willingness in preparing our young Queens.!!! I am 65 years old and became a Widow at 44. I never remarried, but God is now preparing me for his best for the rest of my life. I needed this word at 27 when I first got married and I need it now. It will propel me to the place of being satisfied in the wait and for me that is God's best for me in this season and the next . ✋ Praise God for he has been my husband for all these years and he is preparing me for the next chapter. If it is a new husband. I will be ready. God bless ❤ 🙏

That's so wise- my former husband was always low and depressed because things didn't work out the way he wanted them to.... and he couldn't control his emotions at all. It was a mess... I tried to balance him for years like a child and I finally quit ....

I found you right out of my first utter heartbreak. I was 21 and had zero support from my family who I was living with, zero idea of how to pick up the broken pieces of my identity and move on. At 22 I met a boy who loves me and now at 23 he’s told me that he wants to marry me and I’m watching this just to confirm I found the right one ❤

I heard once that on dating apps you find so many men who are just looking for help. Because they are lost in life. True, and so sad, do not fall for it, it will be hurtful for you, you can not and you should not build him. Red flags are there from the beginning. 😢 Your videos are on replay, RC, thank you ever so much. 🙏🏽

Our duty is to serve with a servant heart making sure its guarded as we are told by our Leader Jesus. The end is near and the more men we can minister to especially on dating apps, the seeds are sown..and these men are revealed the truth and interceeded in Prayer by us soldiers in Christ. They shd be lead by us to make Jesus the Lord of their lives.. We need to take action in every opportunity we can.
