@@margaret-rosedonnelly4454 The prosecution's cross-examination of Dr Hymer (sic) in the Granville Ritchie trial is a masterpiece. Ludicrous testimony. A 2 year old child would continually bang her own head again a bunk bed so hard that it caused internal bleeding in her head “because kids do crazy things” - “I can see how banging the child’s head against the floor may happen during the Heimlich maneuver” Ripping on Dr. Daricell’s testimony when he can barely remember his own writing and is using old research? As you probably know "ticking" is a symptom of Tourette's. The most serious form (but most well-known) is comparatively rare. Hope your nephew's doing ok.

That's sad. Tourette's first came to most people's attention in the UK due to a tv documentary about a then teenager called John Davidson. He's interviewed on tv from time to time and comes across as a really decent guy.

While all this BS is spewed by this “doctor” about this poor baby’s injuries, those two defendants know exactly when and how she got each and every one of those abrasions, bruises, broken bones, lacerations, and HORRIFIC internal injuries. Her arm had been broken and untreated for so long before she was killed by these disgusting monsters. Bless that poor little baby. What I think should happen to those murderers is unspeakable

I am not completely sure, but this prosecutor that I hear is one that I think I heard before in trials in Florida. E.g. the trial with the guy that was killed in the woods by his friend. This where his friend later returned (with his girlfriend) and chopped up the body and burried it in two places in the garden of his parents house.

That's a lie one of the doctor seen that he said something about it said exactly what it was he was concerned about it but he never wrote it down and I'll bet that little girl cried and I'll guarantee you that bag that had her kept her hid 4 weeks until it healed up and then the night that she died she messed her up so bad that she had to make up some big story about choking on chicken this isn't a hard case figure out them people should get the death penalty and I don't even believe in that but I do in this

I love how the prosecutor served this pathologist... and I find it really funny how the prosecutor asks him about how she said that she couldn’t get anything out of her throat that night and on the rebuttal the defense asked the dr About how Jennifer had a chunk of chicken and asked if the police wanted to take it .. the dr he agrees with her...it’s literally contradicting what he said to the prosecutor!
