Every move requires CNS stimulus. I believe what you may be asking is what methods reach highest stimulation of nervous system? I would look into Eccentrics, Isometrics, Max Effort, and Contrast training

Im using a 30" box Im 6'4 So im a lil taller so should the bench be closer or further from the box ? Please let me know, Im looking to increase vertical im in late 20's of age.

I need help I weigh 160lbs. The furthest I can go is 315lbs almost half way but it's really slow. I understand the rate of force development ratio matters but I was wondering does the force apply to your vertical only when deep squatted or half squat with the rate of force developed. Because most people suck atg so I was wondering does that matter or can I freely move up as long as my rofd is developed..

Do you ATG when you jump or do you go as far as a little past 90 degrees when you jump? Hopefully that answers your question

I suggest to switch your focus to building up to a 2.5x bodyweight Trap Bar Deadlift

Have them jump with barbells overhead 😉 225lbs overhead up to 16” box 155lbs overhead up to 24” box 115lbs overhead up to 30” box Standing back tuck up to 20” box... To name a few

I typically go 1's (quality over quantity) Anywhere from 6 to 12 jumps pending the purpose of the training
