👠Hi, I love your comments and thoughts and content. You look amazing!!! I started Mounjaro in April. I stayed on the initial dose for 2 or 3 months and titrated up to 5mg and still on that dose for the duration. I do get food noise every now and again, but I wanted to learn how to take control and not depend totally on the medication. However, I still feel the appetite suppression. ❤🙏

Wow! you look great today love your hair and its so shiny! Thank you for info on titration of dosing,my scale up two pounds down 2 pounds for around 4 weeks on 5mg. I receive three months supply of 5mg have three weeks left before titrating to 7.5mg zepbound. Dr suggested jumping up to 10mg. from 5mg! I dont think I want to because of worsening side effects and think thats too fast! I receive my 7.5 mg order tommorrow! So happy that she finally understood..has very small practice but very busy. ❤Thank you for all that you do to help all of us here in this community!

👠👠 I appreciate the idea of not titrating up so quickly and rotating the injection site. I have tried that for the last 2 months while on 7.5. I have also tried spacing out my shots to 10 days. Definitely dealing with the return of food chatter. I appreciate what you said about our bodies working against the meds and continuing to work on better habits. "This is the end of line" I must continue with better habits.

This channel has been so helpful. I get the best results from my belly. Thigh I feel nothing and arm seems to work ok. I move up to 5mg Sunday. I'm not sure where I should do my injection. I might do my arm? Not sure. But yes moving it does work well.

I believe your suggested method of more rotation at same areas has maintained my success of being able to stay at 5mg. You’re a ROCKSTAR! I track my injection sites in my notes app, to the point of pre planning them so all I need to do is look where to inject next. Love you girl❤ 👠

Hi! Love your videos. Just wanted to mention that 3:13 and 7:24 min into your video you mentioned injection site can be in the bellybutton. This is not the case and could be dangerous. Can you please clarify abdomen versus bellybutton. Injection should be at least 2 inches away from the belly button.

I watched your injection video this morning. I was always afraid that I would hit the muscle when doing the thigh and because I was on a compound and very new to the process I had been injecting in the fat on my outside upper thigh and have had great success. After watching your videos I have started rotating to different areas. Weight loss is extremely slow for me because I am so close to goal weight. I want to increase to 12.5 but I am hesitant because of the max out factor so for now I am staying where I am.

Question that I hope you can help me with. (I do plan to ask my dr. but for now, just seeing what's being suggested.) I have been on 12.5 for about 2 months. I took my last dose of 12.5 on March 18th! Today, is April 10th and I just now was able to get my next box of 12.5! (Thank you shortage. ugh) So...opinion. Do I have to start all over or can I go ahead and just take my dose tomorrow? (I should mention that I have already been spreading my shots out to 2 weeks, instead of 1, due to the shortage.) I hope to go back to once a week, but not sure about the whole 12.5 thing. Any pointers?

I don’t rotate injection sites, because when I have in the past, every single shot away from the right/left of belly was as if I didn’t take a shot. A completely wasted week, except for gaining the knowledge that it didn’t work for me in those locations. Yes, that’s been many, many weeks ago (50 or more) so could it work now? Maybe. Am I will to risk it? Doubtful. 😊

Not only because the thighs rub together there that can make them very sore, but they are denser vessels there . I injected there once, and I got the most large bruise . Wow

Yes, my husband has the weird sulfur burps! What in tarnation causes that?? I have been on Zepbound since Jan 13, have lost 22 lbs so far! Want to lose about 25-28 lbs more to get to 127-132. I'm really disciplined w/the protein & water intake, I put in ginger root, fresh mint leaves, lemon & electrolytes. I have 3 Simple Modern & 1 Stanley, all 40 oz. ! 🥾🥾 I also want the side effects. I feel like the nausea helps me not want to eat or think about food. The heavy feeling when I eat helps me stop eating. I have also noticed extreme runny nose 3 bites in. So I stop eating and let things settle for a few minutes to determine if I am truly full.

🩴 ok so had to go with the flip-flop to rep the beach! I love the sharing, and I loved you mentioning the doses over 10mg having stronger data. That’s what my dr is using for my dosage, using the Surpass data to try to ensure I can lose the most weight and not race to the highest dose. So we are titrating to 10mg and then we hold for as long as possible! Love the ideas and all your sharing, so excited to be on this journey with you!
